Correctly entering LICENCE username and password
To avoid mistakes, we recommend that customers "copy and paste" their Username and Password from the licence confirmation email into their ESET software. It is very easy to mis-type a 1 for an l and an O for an 0. Also, be careful not to include a "space" at the end.
